Context
APES Québec, an association dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, wanted to modernize its aging website to better reflect its values of inclusion and accessibility. The previous site no longer met current standards in design, accessibility, and performance.
An outdated, low-engagement website with a confusing content structure and complex navigation
